In Gerpinnes, two new retired people's homes are created on the same site. The first one with 120-bed and another one with 60 beds. These two side by side rest homes are built with very ambitious energy goals, close to passive.
300 m² of solar thermal collectors provide a large part of the energy requirement needed for drinking water but will also participate in building heating. The first installation is now complete and commissioned, the second will follow very quickly.
